So the colleges that compete under USA Racquetball are club level?

I ask because USA Racquetball sponsors U.S. National Intercollegiate Racquetball Championships which ultimately awards an overall team, men's team, and women's team championships. Also, the lines between club and varsity can get kinda blurry since majority of the club teams will typically use their university's name when competing in intercollegiate competition.

One thing I found interesting (and a little confusing) is that UVA is considering squash to be a varsity sport, but all of the scholarships will be funded through private donations. The funding of scholarships through private donations is a characteristic that I would associate more with a club team than a varsity team.
